Wow she is batshit crazy!
Dale - I don't know if this is 100% true or not, but it is something to think about: I was listening to WWJ this afternoon, and they were interviewing a lawyer about the Detroit City Charter. Apparently, if a City Council member is found guilty while serving office, they are automatically kicked off council. However, there is nothing in the Charter to prevent a person with a criminal record from having their name included on the ballot.
In effect, then, Conyers still might get re-elected at the next election. And it would be like the residents of Detroit to put her back in office, if this is indeed the case.
So don't pop that champagne just yet...
what are the odds that Congressman Conyers really had no idea what was going on until his wife got arrested?
