One of my favorite parts of "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" (the Depp version) is when he tells Mike TeeVee he can't understand what he's saying...

This is pretty funny. I didn't get why Batman adopted a growl either.

But the film is excellent...

I found the video quite funny, but I'm one of the seemingly nonvocal supporters of Batman's voice.
