So if you don't like the News, what do you think about the Free Press?

The Freep's editorial line is what you'd expect of left-liberals. Repellent and predictable, but still less-grating that the white-glove libertarianism of the News. The News' What Would Ayn Rand Do? is putrid beyond words.
As far as the actual reportage of the papers, they are equally good. As far as columnists go, I'd actually give the edge to the News, at least as far as sports go. Bob Wojonowski is one of the truly underrated sports columnists out there (and Albom is coasting on reputation).
