Good, now I've marked myself as an iredeemable geek. Either way, it's a totally bogus hypothesis. There's plenty of 'Eye' to go around for the US, Europe, Iraq, etc. The flypaper bullshit always assumes that a) Al Qaeda is the only threat, and b) there's a limited pool of terrorists that we can reduce or eliminate.
