This is the same person who co-opted the real search and rescue operations in NYC on 9/11. Yes, he paraded down the street in the front of the pack. But when it came to actually coordinating anything, he was the one who kept the NYPD and the FDNY from communicating with each other. (If my source is honest - and I have no reason to believe otherwise)And his office was nowhere near the WTC site.
HE also did a number on the rescue people by not permitting them to take effective measures to protect themselves from environmental dangers.
