Ruffles are an indulgence which very few should allow themselves. There is a theory that they "soften" a woman's appearance. I personally am of the conviction that they simply throw into bleak contrast the hardened face they frame.

Personally, I like the ruffled poetic look... however, it needs to go on a poetic or romantic person! It isn't that ruffles are "soft", they are emotional.

She is better served by wearing dominatrix and military outfits where the occasional smile will undo opponents.

I do not like Rice. I think she is mean, misguided, opportunistic and, and...well, icky.

But I don't think she's ugly, and sometimes her wardrobe works. Although not this time.

They'd all be better off wearing the sky-blue gowns as shown in a later post, the one that robustly displays Dubya's excitement. What are those silver/gray/white dots, I wonder? Flying saucers? Probably something terribly somber and meaningful that I have just now thoughtlessly mocked.
