If you're not true to yourself, then you're living the worst lie possible. My ex left to find herself, which is why I can't be mad at her. If she wasn't herself with me, then why should she stay. But as she is now my best friend, I'm glad to still have her around.

who says your not capable od searching deep inside yourself, and putting down on paper.... or internet... your thoughts? i know personally that, even though i hate doing it, letting some of your feelings out cant relieve a LOT of that stress, anger, anxiety, fear, and loathing for yourself and others. i should not be the one to preach, but you should do it more often if you want to be able to keep yourself on an even keel.
