Red Bull is bad for you. Much like everything else on this planet. More caffiene than 2 cans of coke, 5 table spoons of sugar, 50mg of niacin (too much niacin will give you an irregular heartbeat and you turn all red and your skin starts burning.), 1000mg of Taurine and the other fun ingredients.

A few of the more progressive and health concious countries in Europe have banned it. I think Switzedland, Denmark, possibly Sweden. Remember to drink no more than one can and mix it with vodka.
