What do you mean by invasion? That Israel will occupy southern Lebanon? I'm not sure what benefits Israel would derive from such an occupation, especially if it has already severely damaged Hezbollah's abilities to stage cross-border raids and rocket attacks.
If IAF cannot dismember Hezb'allah, then there is little choice but to go in.
The rats have had 6 years to dig in.
Guess IDF goes in on the ground. That will all be for naught if IDF does not convince Syria (i.e. Iran) that re-arming Hezb'allah or any other threatening proxy is a BAD IDEA.
Syria smack-down has to be coming.
Wasting one's blood on neutering Hizbollah will be in vain if the IAF/IDF don't also target Syria. If you let them live to fight another day, they will hit Israel with much bigger and better missles, etc.
Bush, Condi, Harper and others actually get it.
