I want to know why the Human Rights Commission is getting involved with workplace health and safety issues. If a company can't find a suitable new job for an employee who can't perform the old one due to injury (work related or not) they can be hauled before the HRC and that's just plain wrong.

aa, I could not be more delighted if Ms. Lynch took the time to pay attention to my wee blogs about how entirely corrupt and pointless her Commission and it's staff are on s. 13 offences.
But when she pulls her list and waves it about I have serious trouble with that. Let's see what her "file" has in it and whether, under the Privacy act, she is allowed to have compiled it.
Should be fun.
