If Blogs are Conversations... Let's Talk!

I get comfortable using the same amount of weight, too, during my workouts -- but I can definitely tell when it gets to the point where it's not as much work as it used to be. It doesn't scare me, but when I have to grab a heavier dumbbell or increase the weight on a weight-machine, I think, "Huh. That's cool. That lower weight that used to be so difficult is now EASY..." :)
