That's a nice post, and I agree with it. It ’s not really clear exactly why exercise helps you smarter, some experts suggest that burning off physical energy allows them to relax and focus. Physical exercise may certainly contribute indirectly to "make us smarter" but targeted mental exercise is a needed complement and more direct way to makes us smarter. In most definitions of "smart", from quick problem-solving to cool reactions under pressure to good planning.

So how can we relax and focus while exercising? I guess the answer to that question is through convenience. The best way to achieve this is working inside your home. Listening to your favorite music or simply watching your favorite game show or video will add focus and relaxation while having yourself a great body workout. As what the topic says, it will not only be beneficial to your brain, but also to your body as well.
