If I admitted that I can go work out in the gym for 1.5 hours four times a week and still know that I'm 2 weeks away from walking out forever?? This is a slow change. ssssllllllllloooooooooowwwwwwww
change.
The eating habits will be atleast as slow a pattern... since many people will encourage me to "just this once" change back to something easier for them to deal with.
We must give ourselves permission to view this all as change.

I admitted out loud yesterday that I feel so much better when I exercise in the morning. I sleep better, have more energy . . . than why do I hate it? It should be easier to adopt these healthy, healthful habits!
