Woodword is a right wing tool. How else would he get all that inside stuff on the WH? The real hero of Watergate was Mark Felt. Woodward was just a message boy (and the dumber of the two).
30 years later, my personal thought is Woodward was set up for Watergate.
By the Bush team that is still in place now.
To get rid of Nixon, because he was what is now considered "liberal republican". And it worked. Never again has a moderate or liberal republican ever stood a chance.
Just the conservatives, and the neo-cons.
Thanks to the Bush family, who indeed were all around Nixon and Watergate.
