I am so sick, after all these years, of the Clinton answer. It's just pathetic that they need such a weak excuse to prop them up. My answer to that is, can you spell DEFICIT? Not only are we Trillions in the hole, but they spent the trillions Clinton left us. And what did the American people get? less health care, higher costs for everything, less security, a war we didn't want. Not much of a fair trade, IMO. Cheney can snarl at me all he wants, they're all turning into cardboard by thier own evil design.
To be fair, W's never been much of a reader. The Constitution? Too-long winded. Big words. Who has the time?

The Constitution is just a means to an end for them- they know more care about what the Constitution stands for than what the Bible stands for. All that matters is how they can bend and twist it to achieve their agenda.
There hasn't been another attack here because the terrorists won. We've: 1) suspended the Bill of Rights for all practical purposes; 2) spent significant money on Bu$hCo contracts that haven't made us safer; 3) invaded Iraq (blood and treasure wasted); and terrorized our own population. The terrorists can now concentrate on Europe the the Middle East. And Asia.

I'd be interested in your take on the Gore speech and the Ney/DeLay/ Reed progress in terms of the Abramoff Scandal.
Still hanging in there for Fitz, too. I'm starting to think he's waiting for the heat to die down after being selected as "Sexiest Man" by whatever magazine that was.
