Thanks for writing about this, cause I know B to B bloggers are checking for you.
I didn't really feel dissed and wasn't trying to communicate that, though I can see how it might have come across that way given the overall post.
If anything, I think it was more about the surprise that people outside of hip hop feel when someone involved with hip hop seems to have interests other than "money, clothes & hos" and the like.
But I will say that I closely examine any trade blog or website I come across to see what it's about because I learn from unexpected sources and I really want to see this scene build beyond a space for pundits and hobbyists.

Absolutely no diss intended and nothing remotely close to the thinking in Clyde's third paragraph.
I found a referrer from Pro Hip Hop in my stats, so I went over and took a look around to see where trade shows might have been mentioned. Didn't see anything, thus the surprise at being included in the blogroll.
If I'd found I'd been included on a blogroll from the Girl Scouts in the same situation, I would've posted about that and probably have mentioned my fondness for thin mints.
Plus, with so many great marketing blogs out there, it was a even more of a surprise that Pro Hip Hop chose mine to include on their blogroll. Just one of those oddities I decided to make note of.
