Gravatar I, for one, wish we were all 'normal' gay people.

Gravatar he means the type that wear abercrombie, use clinique, get sucked off at the gym and think they project a 'straight' lifestyle (like that's something to aspire to).

Gravatar Its about acceptance.

Gravatar hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Gravatar It's about respect as well as acceptance.

Respect for individual rights.
As I alwyas say, if you want respect, be the first to show it.

To be honest, I know many people who consider themsleves 'different' to 'accepted straight society' (whatever that is) who have opposite sex partners (including myself, it has to be said).

It's just that a one-size definition doesn't fit all. So to speak

Sorry if that's too simplistic or I am missing the point somewhere.

Love the pic btw

Gravatar Absolutely right, BW. Acceptance instead of tolerance was what I marched for in Berlin a couple of weeks back. And it wouldn't hurt our own (metropolitan, at least) queer scene to start practising acceptance and respect within its own community.

(Excellent post by the way, and I love the redesign.)

Gravatar Hi Ya!!!!!!!! BUMMERS!!!!!!

Gravatar Never been to one. Or even seen one. Gay people seem to dislike me more than straight people do. So mostly I mix with the latter.

Gravatar Can you be "homosexual" without being "gay"? I've often wondered that.
