i've looked into this further:
hiring the chef wasn't that expensive. they don't get their hands dirty, they just walk about the restaurant and kitchen for two hours supervising their recipes and being fawned at.

If it's the usual corporate set-up, the premises are provided to the catering company free of charge though.

I wonder how much those celeb chefs charge an hour? £500 or more?
