I'd tell you to stop worrying about it too. Several years ago, I was certain I had testicular cancer. I finally went to a urologist who told me that dull ache was probably, well, what Tyler says. He asked if I had a girlfriend. He explained gently that it's okay, even healthy, to masturbate!
