yeah - MS has sometimes released dev tools that make a lot of ugly and bloated code. think FrontPage.

but PopFly looks relatively clean to me so far. although is still perfer more text-centric tools. but that's just me. I like Google's mashup editor thingy.

And BTW - I think by "arbiter" you mean "harbinger"?
