looks like y'all might have gone on the lighthouse trail. Next time try going just after some rain. I know rain is pretty rare but its really a beautiful sight. All the cacti etc flower and its very active with insects and small animals trying to make the most of the extra moisture.

Palo Duro is the 2nd largest canyon in America after the Grand Canyon so its a nice thing to have in your back yard so to speak.
