What a wonderful story! |
What a great post, Dawn! You are able to find the goodness in every circumstance. |
Speaking of Mundelein, I recently purchased the Mundelein Psalter, which is a simple tone setting of the Liturgy of the Hours. It's perfect for either small group or parish simple settings to be sung in alternatim. If you can sing a 4 or 5 note pattern, you too can sing the Liturgy of the Hours! |
I'm glad to hear you're doing well, Dawn. |

Very curious as to your further experiences and the medical results, of course....guess I'll have to stay tuned....would like to hear about your recovery as well....how are you feeling today? What's going on over in your new home? Put Sis on so she can tell us whether you're a difficult patient or not! ;) |

In addition to his anti-Hitler speech Cardinal Mundelein was one of the few church officials in the Chicago Archdiocese that spoke out against the anti-Semitic radio broadcasts of Father Coughlin who until the war broke out operated with no interference from the Catholic Church. |

So glad that Sheen was looking out for you! Like Therese of Lisieux, he is NOT subtle. Prayers for your full recovery, m'dear. |
