Billy over at American Dinosaur is collecting for the troops as well. I suggested a paypal account as it's cheaper to just run over with a wad of cash to some asian grocery that gives cheaper rates for buying in bulk. He hasn't gotten back with me yet but he IS doing something with phonecards.
