Gee, I've heard this before. I can't place where. Oh yeah! I got it!

We've heard that from nearly every single servicemember that's been interviewed.

I just got home a few minutes ago and one of the radio talk show guys was reading a letter he recieved from the front lines. The guy in the letter couldn't believe that we hadn't started burning down cable news networks yet. (Yes, subtle CNN gaffe. He mentioned CNN first then called out the "alphabet channels".)

His biggest point was "providing security for CNN (yes, they've complained they don't get enough) is like providing an armored get-away car for someone who just robbed your bank".

I really wish AFN was a regular cable channel.

The damn MSM has been our Armed Forces' 2nd front. And we've been losing. The actions and strategy of President Bush and his advisors did not lose the public's confidence. The MSM, acting like a prosecuting attorney, has made it's goal to attack George W. Bush in any way it can.

Don't bother to read the MSM for anything but who is dead and what is "very wrong" in Iraq. I don't read it any more for news of Iraq. I read the sites of the guys that are there. Mudville is terrific, as well as "Cigars in the Sand" and "I should have stayed home" for news and pictures.

Don't misunderstand. That "whoop" was the call of the Great American Whoopin' Twit. This was a victory for more than just the USMC ... it was a victory for America, Iraq, freedom lovers and whoopin' twits everywhere.
