Sad thing is three of the lawyers were appointed by Republican Presidents and are now they are the liberal judges.

Exactly, Michael. Very sad. Kennedy is the most disappointing. He has gone way off the deep end with his continual reliance on int'l law.

Interesting. It seems that when they get to D.C. (not me) with a lifetime appointment, they start to lose their moorings. At least a number of them do. A few good ones (Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas) stand out.
