You read my mind. The Republicans have decided that since they are in the majority, they get to decide which issues will get focused on. They have the additional good luck of having an opposition that mistakes public opinion in Manhatten, NY for the public opinion of the nation.

I would trust a Lab way before a Boxer any day, as a matter of fact Boxers are unpredictable and too damn nasty, sort of like the little Senator from Kali forrnia.
He's an SOB, really he is. But he is a great pooch. Plus, he's loyal. He defends the homeland. He's good to children. And he does what I say. What's not to like about Jack?
Speaking of canine sounds, looks like we got some Demo soft parts in vices, from the howls I am hearing today.
And Craig was on Rush trying to defend his vote with the Demos blocking the Patriot Act. Then he comes out and says, Hillary could be prez, that's what I'm worried about.
Rush's response/question was excellent: Why haven't we heard that from you on the Senate floor?
The funny thing is ... the Demos voted against the defense appropriation bill today, ostensibly on the grounds of the ANWR provisions, but they would love to vote against it any way, ANWR or not. They just can't admit it.

And to make matters worse Jeanene Pirro is quitting the race for Hilliary's seat in the Senate, Looks like the Clinton evil machine is polishing its mailed phallic baton to beat any opponent of Hillary.
Maybe DC you could get Jack to run against Hillary in New York, it would be no contest, the people would simply vote for the ugliest dog and ... Oh sh*t that won't work, Hill is ugly and a dog Bow wow. Well then theres always Pennsylvania, they wouldn't know the difference between Spector and Jack.

I will put my dog against any of the Demo female senators. He is smarter, and better looking.
Jack is great, and he has confided in me that, if and when he declares as a candidate, he will run as a Republican.
Breaking ... I am watching Brit Hume's show, and the Demos are now getting fileted on the Patriot Act. Now, all the Republicans are on board for supporting the Pat. Act and it is a Demo-only filibuster. Oh, my. To have adversaries like this is a great thing.

Tossing ANWR into the defence bill was really lame - they knew that was the ONLY way they were going to get that done. Pretty chicken. Don't think its gonna work.
