What's the big deal? Why is it so hard to come by, and I thought it was a tad illegal in these parts.

My understanding is it's illegal to transport, but not to own or consume. (That's in this country.

There was a cafe on Conti called "La Fee Verte." The owner was from Michigan. I have no idea if it survived Katrina.
