--Gotta give props for Dean Martin. Just shy of Frank Sinatra, Dino was the smoothest mofo around and we won't see anyone cooler than him for another 100 years, or at least anyone born in Ohio won't. I personally think the martini survives solely due to him. Ohio scores a point by default on this one.
--Yes, Trent Reznor pretty much created Marilyn Manson, but I will say that if Alice Cooper didn't exist, neither would Manson.
--I, personally, object to your posting the Nuge picture over Segar. Seriously, Dave, wtf? Segar is from A2(or so he claimed on his live album 30 years ago)! Hello?
--If you felt the only reason to mention Kid Rock was to post that stupid picture of him with Fratty McPlaidshirt, well, then...ok.

Yes they started out in the late 90's, but didn't get acknowledged until around 2000-2001. So what decade you might want to put them is up to you, but you MUST edit this post because of this!

Never made much of an impact in America, but was HUGE in Britain and is one of the more influential artists of his era over there.
re: The White Stripes... yeah, I guess I sort of omitted them because I felt we needed to be punished for Kid Rock and Eminem.
Also conspicuously absent from the 1990s: The Afghan Whigs, from Cincinnati. But Ohio already was able to claim the '90s without them.
That's OK, Dave. Jack White has bitterly moved to Nashville claiming that Detroit is too negative or some shit (tell us something we don't know, Jack!). Oh well, at least he had enough sense to not move to Ohio. Even Trent Reznor knew that Ohio sucked and moved to New Orleans for awhile. He then sobered up and moved to LA, so what does that tell ya?
Also, Kroger HQ is located in Cinci as well, so there's another reason that Ohio sucks balls.
