I was on the jury, and no, I'm not a gun-toting rapper who shoots her friends in the stomach, so by those standards, I couldn't be considered her peer.

As for tan, there were 2 Hispanic guys and 1 Muslim girl. Brown/Black? there were 2 young women and another in her 30's...

If she wanted more black, there was a guy in the jury pool who was wearing a big metal shield hat with seashells all over it, and she and her lawyer DIDN'T pick him.... Based on fashion-sense alone, he was probably closest to being her 'peer'. If they didn't pick him, that was their choice.

It was REMY's lawyer who told the jury "take the victim's story at her word"! That's why we found you guilty Remy!
