I was going to say:
1. We don’t belong to the EU.
2. Stephen Harper.

But Education is a provincial matter and the BC Libs have just caved in to a special interest group.

Exactly, cal. I wrote about that the other day on my blog.

All a province has to do is adopt clauses similar to those in Switzerland, Belgium and Germany and we'd be in a similar situation, would we not?
