Greetings:
Amen and well spoke.
Time for Ted jokes:
The doctors announced that he has a malignant tumor in this left brain. Like he had a right brain.

Wow thinking back to that event was my first thought when I heard that he was seriously ill. I imagined him finally meeting up again with mary jo and her shutting the gates to heaven on him.
His only cost was that he would never become president even though he was a thorough drunk most of his life. They list all his accomplishments but always fail to include the events of that evening... the one act which showed his true character.

"...the one act which showed his true character."
There's much more than one illuminating act, Gerry. You ought to Google this man's life story and do some study. Ted Kennedy was and is a dissolute, corrupt man.
In 1950, Ted Kennedy was expelled from Harvard when he was caught cheating. He'd paid a friend to take a final exam in Spanish for him and the friend was caught when turning in the exam answer booklet. Both Kennedy and the friend were expelled. (Being a Kennedy however, the expulsion was somehow overlooked and he was readmitted in 1953.)
In the interval, right after expulsion, Ted joined the Army. He inadvertently signed up for 4 years, not bothering to read the enlistment papers, rather than the 2 year hitch he'd assumed he'd signed up for.
Daddy squared that for him and the enlistment was somehow changed from 4 to 2 years. Also, (and this was during the Korean War), Ted was transferred to Europe after basic training, while most other recruits were sent to units slated to go to Korea. Ted safely sat out the Korean War in Europe.
At the end of his enlistment, never having advanced above the rank of Private, Ted was discharged from the Army and, as noted above, somehow slithered back into Harvard.
I'm truly sorry Ted Kennedy now has apparently fatal brain cancer...but this doesn't somehow put a halo around his head. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Bot the more one reads about this Ted Kennedy, the more contemptible he appears.

I listened to a bit of Dr. Michael Savage's show tonight (apparently he was a highly successful MD and medical author who changed careers to become a top radio talk-show host in the USA), and he expressed sincere best wishes for Senator Edward Kennedy's recovery.
Michael Savage also stated that since the "whole world" was talking about Ted Kennedy because of his illness, it was also appropriate to review Kennedy's voting record history as a legislator, and so, Michael Savage published Senator Kennedy's voting record on his website:

Personal illness is always a sad situation, but a person's health and their beliefs and history are two exclusive matters.
