I really don't care whether Oberman was referring to the administration (yeah, right!) or soldiers. The fact of the matter is, it is an outrageous slur to call anyone associated with the US government "cold-blooded killers who will kill people to achieve their political objectives."
A slur is a slur, Anon. It is a lie, a blood libel, and fighting words.
