I can relate to what you wrote. I like what I do, but I could do without some of the intrigue of realtors trying to talk clients out of using me to use their lender.

So, will you be leaving Japan for good and moving to VA? Do you plan on staying in VA?

...I can only imagine how lonely it must get. I am dying to experience Japan, but I hope to experience it with someone and not just the locals. LOL!
