TGIF is right!!! I think your line of work is probably the same as our TSC within our company. Technology Solution Center. We get locked out from our computers at times and we can reset it over the phone. We open tickets thru our computers and peeps would call back or come out to fix things. If I give you a call, would you come out and take a look at my hard drive? heh!
