Congrats on the new job! It sounds like you're fitting in quite well.

And it's funny you focused in on that quote from The Office. I remember when it was said and it really resonated... it wasn't the "ha ha" snarky humor that really exposed the absurdity of office life... but it was the underlying humanity that exposed the sensitive underbelly of a cast of characters that were more humor and "real" than anyone ever really knew. As much as I love the US version, the UK version really had a lot of heart.
