Instapundit is listed because he has the highest traffic right now for an aggregator site. His success seems to be due to striking the right chord with a large segment of readers (right of center libertarians, a mix of entertainment and information), being first in, intelligent and talented. However, this success is likely to be limited in the future as the technology allows users to aggregate their own content intelligently. So here, think your format is more forward looking--you aggregate, but also abstract (those short one liners you add for humor).
Kos is also vulnerable to technology, but more from the virtual community (not content) side of things.
