A stress test? WTF are you kidding, Dana? Inciting a riot?
Lets have an AF AM parade down North Lincoln Street and Past St. Anthony's?
Then Lets see a KKK rally scheduled for West sixth to Walnut St, and North to Market and Vandever and then to 22 and NE boulevard... ending at the Kingswood center. Parade starts at 6 PM and ends at dusk.
Will you then report that the violence was expected, or blame the people living in their home neighborhoods?

The orange order "parades" in irish neighborhoods, but the irish don't "parade" in orange neighborhoods. because you know who's side the "riot" police are on.
Likewise, america "riots" in muslim countries, but that's OK, because when muslims so "riot" in america , like on 9/11, it's not OK. because we are the world's "riot" police and they're not.
Contrary Opinion, I fail to grasp your point. Are you suggesting that it wasn't religious differences that was the source of this conflict? Pray tell, what was it then? A mere difference in differing neighborhoods?

The Irish-British conflict in northern Ireland is less to do with religion than with which nationality gets to run things and own the land.
The same can be said for Palestine - Israel, US - Iraq, Afghanistan etc conflicts.

My point, is that in many areas, people march though neighborhoods trying to precipitate trouble and violence.
3rd point, why take sides.
4th, no surprise that you failed to grasp my points. They were contrary to your normal thought patterns, and were thusly incomprehensible.
