It's time for Mr. Clark to realize that he is ultimately accountable to the voters who elect him, no his wallet nor the special interest groups he is kissing up to. His Ethics Commission advisory opinion is so thin you can see through it. He has an immediate family member who directly benefits everyday from her husband's pro-developer legislation.

If this were a personnel matter, why was the aide transferred to the executive branch?? This is a legal matter, if not a criminal investigation.

Congratulations to the six members of council with the courage to stand for what's right. Farewell to Mr. Clark and the remaining cast of cowards.

Look what Clark did with the McDonalds on Philadelphia Pike.

I saw him get sworn in to County Council and his wife held the bible for him. I was surprised it didn't burst into flames.
