Not sure where you got your numbers, but they don't reflect what I saw in the NCC caucus. It is also possible that even if your numbers are correct, that those 30 undecideds could easily have gone to Daniello.
And if you think that McGlinchey wasn't bullying people, you are deluding yourself. He may not have done it himself, but there were some bullies there on his behalf. Those bullies may explain why people went "undecided".
All that said, yes, Daniello needs to change. He needs to enact the reforms that you note and he needs to be more open. I'd like to think that we saw some of that at the end of the convention when he desperately wanted to kill debate on the platform, but allowed debate against his preference.
If he doesn't change, there will be backlash at the next convention.

"Not sure where you got your numbers, but they don't reflect what I saw in the NCC caucus."
I don't know what you mean since I gave total numbers, not county numbers. Besides, my numbers were the official tally.
"It is also possible that even if your numbers are correct, that those 30 undecideds could easily have gone to Daniello."
True but totally irrelevant to the point I made: They were so dissatisfied w/ Daniello they couldn't vote for him in the first instance.
"And if you think that McGlinchey wasn't bullying people, you are deluding yourself."
How did he bully people?
"He may not have done it himself,"
So after saying he bullied people, you now say he didn't. I guess I didn't delude myself after all.
"but there were some bullies there on his behalf"
By bullies do you mean supporters...like the people that didn't know me but gave me literature about McGlinchey? Is that what you call bullying?
What I find intriguing is that you DL writers don't post a single comment on DE Watch for months and just as soon as I post something about Daniello you show up suddenly interested. Fascinating.

Dana - I have commented here several times over the past few months.
As for defending my comments of bullying tactics, I am talking about people that were in charge of working the room for Brian, not some random person with a McGlinchey sticker. In fact, I found most of those people to be quite pleasant.
No, the bullying I'm talking about is by people working for McG at a high level. I can't say whether or not McG gave them the go-ahead to threaten union funds drying up if Daniello won, but that is what happened.
The message that was delivered directly to me and members of my RD was akin to "It's a nice party you have here. I'd be a shame to have something happen to it."
Obviously, you can only take my word for it, FWIW. But I stand by my comments.
