Did it actually happen I had some down time and was parked back there until 945 and didn't see any thing going on. Also interesting none of the community groups that helped make this happen such as APRI were invited
and it was to be held away form the 2 bus stops that service the Dover Mall (In front next to next to the old Ruby Tuesdays near Sears and Door #2 in the front next to Boscovs
This is nothing but a farce. It would be far cheaper for the taxpayers to simply pay for taxi service for those who need a ride to anywhere in Dover, for any reason, than it will be to run empty buses around the city. Watch the Saturday buses and see if any have more than 3 riders. They won't have!
Obviously whoever you are you do not live in Dover
