Dear Senator Adams (DeLuca, and my Sen and Rep):
This is to urge you to overturn Governor Minner's veto of the eminent domain bill which sustained just one dissenting vote against it in the Legislature. It's my understanding that there is no good reason stated for the veto. I believe it's clear that overturning this veto is in the very best interest of the public and it appears that all but one legislator agrees--perhaps even that legislator agrees. Please do all that is feasible to make this happen by Monday's close of session.
This should have been on the Governors desk Friday the 13th. For those who can count, the deadline should have been Wednesday the 25th.
Did the bill get strategically delayed for the Governor in Senator ADAMS desk drawer?
