How does one get a proxy, anyway? Sounds like one of those things that only super computer savvy types can figure out how to do.
You could google it, for a start; the biggest problem is finding one. There is an excellent one that's intended for Chinese dissidents; I'd prefer not to discuss it in detail here, though.
