Gravatar Timor Leste was once part of Indonesia as it was once part of Portugal. Both countries build and governed it, they both should respected and not dishonored.

Only in modern times, Indonesia finally united the two parts of the island under one country, also giving the eastern part of it full provincial status. I ask you, how many invaders did that?

Now it's Australia turn to unofficially manage it, hope they will be more successful than Indonesia, it's hard to top what Indonesia did. Poor Australia, it never wanted to manage it, only it was ordered to do so, like Indonesia was ordered to do it in the past.

"East Timor wasn't Indonesian territory after all.. When i learned this fact.. it's hard for me to accept it."

I have no problem of accepting Timor Leste's separation, I have a problem of accepting on the ways it was proposed to be separated, not to mentioned the constant rude ways Indonesia was treated. Heck, if it was up to me, I give the entire island, better for one island to be united under one country (something 'They' hate).

I refuse the ways it was proposed to be separated, because on how traumatic it will for the people involved (and it was, fortunately not permanent life scarring traumatic), now all I wish for the rebuilding.

I like the story of of an Timor Lesten who was an Indonesian police. After the separation, he was asked on what he will do next. He said that he will resign, go back home, and become a farmer.

I admire him, now that's a patriot! A patriot of Indonesia, a patriot of Timor Leste, and a patriot of the human race. Not those separatist groups or so-called unofficial 'integratist' groups.

"mine, habit to condemn other people who share different values with us.."

I hate rude people and things, if being hateful to rude people and things mean I condemn other people who share different values with me, then count me in.

"In this East Timor issue for instance.. i hate East Timor people for their decided to separate from Indonesia.."

Most of Timor Leste never asked and decided to be separated, it's only these stupid groups (backed by outside 'help', the same group who 'help' Indonesia in the late 1940's, the same group who 'help' the United States of America in the late 1770's, etc) that asked and decided for it.

Hope these stupid groups repent from their mistakes and build a better Timor Leste, if not, hope they like their final destination, hell!

"From my point of view, they were just like disrespectful children.. Indonesian government liberated them and nurture them (though in the end, the goverment nurtured them wrong) and then they're asking separation."

Spoiled them and they then become spoiled brats, agreed. Spoiling is a wrong way to nurture.

"Maybe East Timorese people who know the truth.. will equally codemned Indonesian people."

Unlikely, if they know the truth, they will beg to join back with Indonesia.

Tough luck, join in li
