Your otherwise delightful post leaves an unresolved question:
Is Matt Pommer's condition of petrification one which occurred while he was still alive?
First off, Pommer is the Governor's personal secretary...that's his primary job
Second, Ellis is on record in the Appleton Post Crescent in Feburary of this year saying we should just pass the governor's budget
The one that left a structural hole of more than a billion and spent nearly a billion on public education
yet, the Republican plan costs too much??
