Clap clap clap clap. A clear explaination of the inexplicable. I didn't believe it possible.

My librul brain seized on this vaguely, um, Marxist notion, though, which seems to run counter to the rest of your argument: "Governments will do just fine under the theory of a revenue limit, it just needs to be crafted in such a way that is workable and understandable."

As Buckley quoting Burke might say, "He decocts matters of the first philosophical magnitude when he exclaims that, 'It is the nature of all greatness not to be exact.'"

York - you are a genius. Are there more like you in the world where you come from? TPA is a non-starter and thanks to Larry Nelson elected here in Waukesha as Mayor, the Republicans are beginning to realize this issue is not as powerful as they had been led to believe.

If you have a cogent point to make, I missed it. I got bored about somewhere after paragraph 15. And if you use the word "folks" any more often you'll blow your cover and we'll all know that your true identity is Bugs Bunny.

By the way, you remind me a lot of Judy Robson with this post. Your link between TPA and being run over by an SUV is as asburd as Robson's statement about kids pajamas spontaneously combusting due to product liability legislation.

Congratulations on achieving a level of hyperbole that would make Robson proud.

Gravatar Not to ruin one of your analogies but didn't Optimus Prime die in the Transformers movie?

Gravatar i dont think that you should use the story of a boy being run over by a car to prove your point, jerk.

i hope it happens to you.
