How big is the file? If it's 100 mb or less, I can find a place for it... I'd love to hear it!

It would be nice if there was some polling that could be used at times like this to not invite candidates that do not show a needed % of popular support. This has been done on the national level, as you know. Much harder to do on a local level but this guy is NUTS and a distraction to both the candidates and the citizens that show up to gather information. This was a great post!

I agree with you, DY, but wonder where the line ends up. Ed Hou-Seye was called a "gadfly" for three decades up by Sheboygan and his participation boogered up a half-dozen races for serious candidates. Still, I don't think he was bat-snot looney like Sandstrom.
The bigger question should be, "Who signs the petition for these guys?"
One has to hope that a half-decent reporter can get the point across to the readers without resorting to libel that these persons are not credible candidates.

You'd think by now any half-decent reporter would have shared some of the ample obejctive evidence that he's not fit.
Like how he was banned from the public library a few years back, and retaliated with a trumped-up story of child enticement at the library: http://www.ci.madison.wi.us/

It's good to have the odd loon participate in the electoral process. Besides, you never know, we might be the lunatics, and he might be the only sane man alive.
