That's exactly what I meant... First reports were that she was flat out speeding... I bet it's changed to she was having some kind of medical attack... brough-on somehow by the woman she killed, accidentally of course.

First I am sick of stars getting special treatment. If that were you or I would we not have been locked up in jail waiting for the trial? I hope she gets what she has coming to her.

As to the lawsuit, give me a break! Who is worth 50 million dollars. We need to do away with stupid lawsuits like that one. Yes I think she should pay but something reasonable. I mean someone working and making a lot of money will make less then 4 million dollars. So where does 50 million dollars come from? That is why we pay so much for everything. Myself I think I would like to see some money but I would like to see her do time for this and not time at camp cupcake either. Boy I guess I am just a meanie today, sorry.

I agree... plus the recently departed was in her late 60's. No way would she make that much in the rest of her life. Plus the suit is being brought by her parents.

I missed you too! I hope Brandy does not get coddles on this one. It's time to make an example of a celebrity. It's ridiculous the crap they get away with. I don't feel 50 million is in any way a valid lawsuit but the family should get some type of restitution from Brandy.

I'm curious too, although I don't have faith in ANY country's legal system. The rich always get off, they can afford the fancy lawyers and spin doctors.
