Hey there Mr. Shane! Sorry i've been away for so long.

Seriously, if you move to NYC, there's no, i don't care who you are, there's no reason to own a vehicle.

People probably think i'm crazy for paying the rent i do, but when you take away the car payments, insurance, oil and other maintenance, not to mention GAS, i'm still saving more than someone living in the suburbs. hee hee

so it all works out in the end. but believe you me, i shake my head everytime i walk by a garage in the middle of 82nd ave. what the hell are people thinking?
