Good Morning Denny,

I too saw that tape of Tammy Faye and couldn't believe my eyes. It's sad for her children that she's gone, but it's a blessing for her so she's not suffering from Cancer anymore. She was never my favorite person, but I hate hearing that anyone is suffering like that.

I hope you are well and I appologize for my absence to your blog. I haven't been on much myself this month. I'm busy moving and we went to see my son graduate from Army basic training and I'm just plain exhausted lately.

Life is good though.

Yes, I saw her on the news shortly before she passed. How sad. That cancer is a BITCH. I've lost more friends and fanily to that than I even want to count.

It's Monday...I'm ready to go back home now...and U haven't even been here at work for 2 hours yet. Blech.

Growing up near Charlotte NC you can't help but know who Tammy Faye is/was. She was a staple. Over the years I have grown to admire her somewhat. Not necessarily for the empire (said sarcastically) that was PTL but more so what she has done since then. I have seen her on different shows and say what you want about her - she was a strong woman to have endured all that she did and still be able to keep her head held high.
