I'm now happy to have subscribed to your own newsletter. Your tips and tricks are invaluable and have guided me in reviewing and choosing software programs, speeding up my computer, and learning the latest regarding computing. Thanks for all the hard work you put into it; there are many, many people who greatly appreciate all your effort and advice!!

I tried to get the free download of Carol's Office Tips and Tricks but something may be wrong with the URL. Either that or her site is being overwhelmed by people trying to download it. I'll try a little bit later today.
I've been trying the link to avail, too. However, I just checked the main URL and the whole site appears to be down.
The site is probably overwhelmed, I can't access it either. Darn it!! :-(
I had the same problem as Alan did...couldn't access Carol's download!!
I have tried several different times today with not luck. Either the server is overloaded or the link is down...
I love this easy comment box.
BTW, I too cannot download the "gift". I hope the offer will be extended a day once the problem is fixed. Tom

I'm having the same problem here in Scotland. Tried three times so far. It would be a shame to miss this book, especially when it's free. (Typical Scots !!!) Will keep trying. Congratulations on your first year, Dave, and I wish you many more. I've enjoyed your newsletters from the start.
